Welcome to 2nd Byte software. We are totally in love with all things Mac, so much so that we never throw anything away. We recycle as much old Mac compatible software as we can get our hands on. This means that we have a constantly changing stock of Game,Productivity and Creative software which is pre-owned and pre-loved.

If you are looking for that classic old game, or you have a favourite Mac you just can't bare to get rid of but it won't run anything above Word 4.2 then you've come to the right place to load up on software.

One day we realised that between us we had a whole heap of software that we no longer used but that was still great software, so we decided to see if anyone else would pay us for it. It turned out that there was a huge demand for pre-loved Mac software in the UK so we set up this web site to help people find it.

It must be working because we're still here!
